My order included multiple items. Why did I only receive one?
We have fulfillment centers across the globe located in the US, Europe, and Asia. When a customer purchases multiple items, there are many times when we utilize different distribution channels to fulfill the order. Because of this, your items will be shipped separately. You may receive one before the next. If you don't receive them all at once, please be assured they will get to you as quickly as possible.
How long will my order take to deliver?
Please note that due to the high volume of orders, we take 1-2 business days to process all orders. An email with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
For the US citizens, your order will take between 7 to 10 days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched.
